Mr. Sobczak is the lead testifying expert on Quantum Bravo's commercial damages and financial forensics matters. He holds two credentials from NACVA, Certified Valuation Analyst and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics.
Before founding Quantum Bravo, he worked on more than 50 damages engagements at Ocean Tomo and Truest Consulting. That work included serving as lead analyst on a patent infringement matter, from engagement through trial, that ended in a $17 million jury award.
He has co-authored a publication in The Licensing Journal on royalty bases for standard-essential patent licenses. He graduated summa cum laude from BYU's Marriott School of Business.
